Safe Lifting

Course description

The Swedish Work Environment Authority requires that anyone involved in a lifting operation must have the right training/competence; everyone from a signaler to a slinger/rigging person needs proper competence, and this course provides exactly that.

The training is approved and updated in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Authority’s provisions and general recommendations (AFS 2023:11)

How it works

• Immediately after ordering you get access to the training and can start the theory straight away
• The theory is 100% online and you complete it whenever it suits you
• The theory part is estimated at approximately 2–4 hours
• After passing the test you receive the digital certificate immediately and your plastic card is sent within 2 business days to your mailbox

Who is the course for?

Everyone who takes part in a lifting operation, such as signaler, slinger/rigging person, lifting supervisor, site manager, etc. This training does not permit you to operate the crane itself.

No prior knowledge required.

What is Safe Lifting?

“Safe lifting” refers to handling lifts (vertical transports) safely in the workplace using a lifting accessory or a lifting device, such as a crane.
